3"-6" Inches of snow tommorow (1/20/09)? (Charlotte, Asheville: backyard, metro area)

Well, the National Weather Service has issued a "Winter Weather Advisory" which means we will probably get [b]something[b]. Thankfully, I don't need any food....

Oh, and for the northerners out there, I smelled it yesterday.

maybe I'll get to stay home and watch the inauguration stuff!!

Must be nice! We had our dog in IL with us and the poor thing went out into the snow and froze his poor little paws! He went bounding out into a snow drift and instantly stopped in his tracks, then limped back to the house. It was so sad! He is fine though, after I got the mini snowballs out from between his pads. He has never had that problem with the snow before, it just must have been because it was that cold. I am pretty sure he is hoping for no snow here!!

LOL about the dogs. I wonder what the spoiled brat cat will think??? He meows to go out when its like 20 degrees. He stays out for 10 mins and comes right back in already resting on the front door step. I'm charging my camera!

We have a 1 yr old white schnauzer, and the girls are afraid that if we take him out in the snow that we will lose him.

Funny, the last time I used my snow shovel I still had a child in diapers!

Yep. And, my nose is NEVER wrong. It might not be tons, but, there will be some kind of snow.

(my kids have learned not to make fun of mom anymore. when she smells snow, it is on the way...again...maybe nothing more than flurries, but, there is snow)

bread, milk, dog food and TOILET PAPER will be the first things to go.....understand the first two, maybe the third, buy TP??? are you sitting on the throne all day because of the snow?

I hope it doesn't hit, I want to go to the mall for the Cosmetics settlement give-away. All those years of buying Presciptives and Lancome and Clinique products and I'm gonna get something back!!!!
