Well, all I can tell you is I know where it is, sorry. I believe it sits right on the Indian Trail border but gets a Monroe mailing address. Schools are Sun Valley schools (in Indian Trail) I think. If you don't have to go all the way into uptown Charlotte for a commute it wouldn't be a bad place to live, otherwise the commute would be a very frustrating one. Do you have a realtor yet? Looking around can be so much more time consuming without one
