Which one(s) would you guys recommend? We have an au pair that is required to take college courses and if/when we move I need to figure out where she will take classes.

CPCC is our Community College. It's main campus is near uptown, but it has satellite branches around Charlotte, including in Matthews.

Also - UNC-Charlotte, Queens University, Gaston CC..... She'll have to apply, pay out-of-state tuition, and show her visa/passport. All these (and CPCC) have websites.
