You know, the greasy but yummy gas station variety. A potato sliced into sixths, lightly battered, and deeeeeeep fried. . . .yum.

Anyone know where to find these in or around Charlotte (I'm in Stallings)?

Anyone?? Maybe this is just a Georgia thing, but I swear I found some in Greensboro, NC, when we lived there.

Native here. Have no clue what you are talking about, LOL. Never have heard of anything that is referred to as a "potato log." Sounds good, tho!!!!

Well, ya'll are missing out. . . I get them going through small towns in Georgia on my way home (Dublin, GA). They're usually in the stores that have the really good & greasy fried chicken (just what you need on the road, right?).

Oh, well, thought I'd ask. Thanks anyway.
