Need the help of those living in union county again!

My realtor is attempting to find out if Wellington Woods or Prov Woods is horse friendly. She seems to think it is, and when I looked in Wellington Woods several years ago--I thought I was told that they allowed 1 horse per acre. My agent can't seem to get a straight answer from anyone and is having a bear of a time finding the HOA covenants for these two neighborhoods.

Do any of you have any idea if horses are allowed in these two neighborhoods?

Thanks folks for helping out!

Lisaf

I am not sure about those neighborhoods...your realtor should contact listing agents for properties you are interested in as they should know. For sure the CC&Rs could be found at the courthouse. Nobody likes having to do that, but that's where they would be so I would ask your realtor to go down to the courthouse to find out. Best of luck
