We put our money down on a house at Fieldstone Farms in Indian Trail. We picked our colors, options, and whatnot yesterday. The estimate right now is for a June closing. So, for those of you who currently live there, I'll be your neighbor over on Skillbeck soon enough.

John

Welcome to the Farms! You will love it here. Be sure to wave at the mom being pulled down the road to the park by her kids - thats me lol.

Good news is, houses are selling good here still. You can not beat the price for sq ft and a new house. It is still a great deal compared to prices in the area.

Make sure to wave and say hi to the guy driving around in the blue Suzuki Grand Vitara. I'll be stalking my home site and the neighborhood in general until we move in.

Default The pains of moving

We're in the process of moving into FF. The tasks of selling our home in PA and the purchase here have been very tiring to say the least. We can't wait till it's over. Through my research and web surfing I'm sure it'll all be worth it. Hope there's lot's of kids in FF. I have an 11 yr old daughter and a 20 month old son. See you soon... I hope.

They just started building those again. They are in the Calumet section.
