or ill settle for a townhome/duplex upper level/1-2br 2ba.. in west charlotte. safe neighborhood. and close to shops or grocery.
near or in 28217 zip code.

Please check the crime stats. "West Charlotte" and "Safe neighbourhood" are not necessarily phrases that are said together....

I am not quite sure how to access them, so, I cannot provide a link.

The link is on another thread. Tried to copy/paste and it did not work.

Depending upon where you are working...there is the University area, or even Fort Mill in SC. Both would be about a 30 min commute.

What do you consider affordable? What's your budget? I think it's important to note that "West Charlotte" and western Charlotte are not one and the same. Where will you be working (general area)?

I consider under 700 + utilities for a one bedroom affordale. A two bed 2 bath would b great.

My job location is off west
tyvola rd.28217

Nubia, look to live in southwest Charlotte instead, much safer. This is known as the Steele Creek area. You should be able to get a one bedroom place in that price range, but most places these days do not pay utilities.

Check out the Springs at Steele Creek, I believe their one bedroom is just under $750.
