Your vote counts - Ardery Park, Reaven Crest and Stone Ranch townhouses
So... I put an offer on a cute townhouse that's been sitting on the market for 3 months. The seller didn't want to even look at it till I send them a pre-approval and then countered back $2500 less than their original asking. The unit is in it's original state since it was built in 2002, Formica counters, cheap white kitchen cabinets, linoleum floors, etc... so it will need about $10,000 to update it. I am still thinking about it since I like the location. It has one car garage that I hope will fit my car. The unit is in Ardery Park. I think it could be a good rental as well.
There is another one that I like at Reaven Crest, this one is higher in price but has tow car garage. The kitchen is better, but still has the linoleum floors in kitchen and baths. Again the seller countered back $2000 less than asking. This one is for me to live in since it's bigger than the first one.
I tried Stone Ranch but someone agreed to pay full price for the one I wanted but didn't feel it's worth that much even with their incentives. They offer 4.5% interest rate. I also visited Pulte, just started, they have nice homes but still higher than what I want to pay.
If you live or know anything about any of these communities that could help me make up my mind, please post it, Thank you in advance.

So is your question to buy in Ardrey Crest or Reavencrest? Out of those 2 i'd pick Reavencrest. It's closer to the interstate and right by Stonecrest and Blakeney and would think i'd would be a better resale. We used to live in Reavencrest and sold our place in a few days. The other is further back and further away from interstate, shopping etc.

A lot of people like Ardrey Crest because they are only attached by storage units in between each unit and do not share common walls.

Reavencrest it is.. The seller accepted my offer, we met half way so I think we both are winner. I passed on the others for now till I close. Thanks to everyone who chimed in with helpful tips.
