NC 51 Matthews-Mint Hill Rd. Closed Near Idlewild
Matthews-Mint Hill Rd. (NC 51) is currently closed between Hartis Ln. and Marjorie Dr., south of Idlewild Rd. Utility construction is being conducted and is expected to last until at least 5:00pm Friday evening. There is a marked detour; however, travel delays should be expected if traveling in the area. An alternate route is suggested, especially in the late afternoon hours.
