I don't know of any special deals but the Observer is giving away $60 gift cards for upscale restaurants.

I know that Villa Antonio's is offering dinner for $49.95 per person with a special menu. All the details are on their website. Morton's my also offer this as well-check their website.

i just saw that City Tavern is doing a 3 course meal for $25 pp. The entrees are limited though.
