If the Charlotte area was a sim city, and you could do as you please, what would you do to improve it?

Barring any alien attacks, fire storms, earthquakes, or Godzilla tirades, I think we've yet to see our best days here in Charlotte.

Now if only laying light rail track was as easy as it is in the game...

...and can we use the unlimited money cheat code?

Damn it! That was my first thought too. You beat me to it!

My thought is, nothing puts a city on the map like a Godzilla attack.

Break the school system up into separate regional school systems - CMS is too big and top heavy to be as effective as they should be.
