YEs and you should also be aware of the fact there are mucho foreclosures in that community and many rentals and rent to own houses. Please if you need some help I would be glad to help you

Just to let you know, Kingstree is a really NASTY community. Dont buy there. Please drive through and see for yourself. Not only is the community nasty, it is also making the Harrisburg Rd. area of Charlotte look disgusting, which is lowering property values for all of us. THANKS KINGSTREE!

I am not sure what the last poster was rambling about. I enourage anyone to visit and see how things really are. The community is very nice! Going into Kingstree you drive down a tree lined entry on First Run and at the end is a beautiful club house and pool... which is far from crowded during the summer, the community is well layed out and is surrounded by wooded walking trails there are even plans for a large park within the community. Kingstree is well maintained and is nice to live in; and I live there so I would know!

I think it is a pleasant community to live in. Most people keep their houses well maintained and the common areas (there are a lot of them) are very well maintained by the association).
