These are two brand new apartment complexes at Northlake Mall .
First one is right across the street from the mall and the other about 1/2 mile.
Both of them are open and right off the Harris Blvd , 485, 77 exit.

Besides taken pictures of the two new complexes above, I also pictures of the first two in the thread to see how they look now. These are updated pictures below from Spring of 2012

They really look nice. That was a great idea to post this info, Sunny. Now we know about another resource when people ask about moving to that area.

Thumbs up <insert title here>

Compared to the apartment ghettos of our youth, today's apartments are nice! I like the concept of living within a retail/business development, and would consider downsizing to one--Except neither my partner nor I would be able to tolerate inconsiderate neighbors.

Great info here. Helped my apartment search tremendously. I'll be moving to Charlotte and The Perimeter Station Apartments next month. Does anyone currently live here?? If so, what has your experience been???

How is this area? I am thinking about moving to long creek but its pretty close to Sunset Blvd, which I have heard can get a little rough.

Two more new complexes at North Lake, One is right beside Long Creek Club shown above and the other one is off Reames Road at the intersection with North Lake Commons Parkway.

There is a third apartment complex built on the other end of North Lake Commons Parkway at the intersection with Mt. Holly Huntersville Road. however due to its under construction, the road leading to it was blocked off so I was unable to get pictures of it. It either on Hunterville side of border or is near it as Huntersville city limits that I am aware of is at that intersection.
When construction is finish Ill find out and add pictures.

This the new one beside Long Creek it is called Long View, it look like it must have not have been open long as there was lot of vacant units.

under construction
