We currently live in Beverly Crest but need more space. We found Brookhaven and like it but a $400k house on a slab worries us. Also it seems like that there is not much around. Are the taxes that much cheaper?
Anyone have any help?

You should be able to find a home for $400K in Union County. Did you only want to be in Brookhaven? There are other options for you, especially if you are open to resales rather than just new construction. You can check my website for a first search if you would like, or just PM me and I would be happy to send you some listings Best of luck to you!

No problem

IMO John Wieland builds a great home. I have a nice listing in Bridgehampton -- my clients are relocating or I suspect they would be staying in that home. I think it's a lovely area, and close to Benny's (nice deli!) as well as the Siskey Y. Best of luck to you!
