We had a contract on our house in columbia, maryland and we were ready to go to settlement on May 14 and the buyer cancelled the contract. The termite and house inspection was done and the appraisal was done. The buyer lost $3,000.00 plus all the cost of the inspections and the appraisal
($750). So we are back on the market. Our house has been on the market since September 2005. We have had two agents. This market is terrible!

That is a bummer...My buyers are closing here on June 1st however we wont be here. we will be in charlotte on the 31st .lol...Im sorry to hear about you buyers I will say this though If time wasnt so much of an issue for us, I wouldnt have taken the offer, but everything worked out so far, even though they are biggest pains u will ever know in your life..I dont even wish them on my WORST enemy... BUT Its gets us to charlotte so we are happy in the long run...good luck to you selling your home...
