Hey guys!!!! well good news I guess.....lol....we negotiated an offer after 3 long days and well the contracts ARE SIGNED with a close date of June 1st....HOWEVER we have an atty review period In NJ which is 3 days or less, and then inspections so lets hope they dont Nickel and Dime us because WE gave our house away......ok so for now CHARLOTTE HERE WE COME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Congratulations, I am happy it is working out for you. Youre going to love living here. Today it had to break 80 degrees. We ate dinner at an outside cafe and the kids played at the playground until 7:30. Absolutely gorgeous day.
Congrats! You must be super excited. I know my wife and I are super psyched because we close on our home in Monroe next Friday. Too bad were not planning on moving down until she finshes out the school year in June.p
ahhhh you guys are soooo sweet, we are excited.......but now another stress FINDING a house in Union...LOL....nothing on the market currently is tickling my fancy...LOL...we are looking at Hunter Oaks, The Reserve Quellin and Lawson.....so we will see....Im very particular...we will be there spring break
