Welcome to the World's Longest Yardsale...

..Also known as the Hwy 127 Corridor Sale. We hope you'll join us for the 2006 Sale on August 3- 6, 2006 (Thursday - Sunday).

Can't make it this year? Plan now to attend in 2007; August 2-5, 2007.

The Sale is headquartered in Jamestown, Tennessee at the Fentress County Chamber of Commerce. Hundreds of thousands of folks join us each year for this fun filled event, spanning 450 miles and four states. It's impossible to keep track of how many shoppers and vendors we have, but its grown to be the biggest and best event of its kind in the world. You'll find homeowners selling stuff they've accumulated throughout the years as well as professional dealers and vendors. Its almost impossible for shoppers to cover the entire route in four days, so be prepared to pick up where you leave off next year! You're going to discover some neat places, interesting people, and quaint stops that you'll probably want to visit again and again. So pack your camera, sunglasses, a good pair of walking shoes, and plenty cash- you're in for the World's Longest Yardsale!

If you love flea markets, you'll love this new magazine. Junk Market Style, it's great and so many idea's and how to's. It's got a multi colored hammock on the front and a photo of the 2 gals who put the mag together. Looks like it is a quarterly magazine and this is the premier issue. Enjoy!

Default Great info....

I know this is an old thread but this is my first day on the site and I am so appreciative of the information. We are relocating to NC in the summer of 07 and there are no flea market type places where we live now so it was one of the things I am hot on. I would also love to know if there is anyone who knows where I can find a copy of junkmarket style's premiere issue. Thanks again for the great info.

Ditto the thanks for the thread! I am coming to Charlotte over Mother's Day and jumped on the old computer to find a FM to attend while I'm there...or better yet an arts and crafts show! Anybody have any other details about the Charlotte area FM's? I am especially interested in pewter figurines if anyone has been and knows the regular vendors pretty well.

The thrift stores I have'nt been so good around here. Any suggestions?

The thrift stores in Cleveland, Ohio are so awesome! I miss them! Looing for vintage or antique. Nothing older than 50's/early 60's!

Thanks so much for the flea market list! I'll be hitting them this weekend.
