There are a few already around Birkdale and such, maybe go to yellowpages.com and see how many, Denver population is there and coming. If you got a good base of patients you could get in before the rush ???
thanks for the info on Denver. my wife and I are opening a chiropractic practice in the lake norman area and are still debating where to put it. we were concerned that even though denver will have future growth, that there is not a high enough population to grow the business. how many residents are there around denver? we were also looking to open on sam furr road in the birkdale area. any suggestions for places to open in lake norman? thanks
maybe check into the Mooresville Town Center that they are building on Brawley and Williamson Roads? I know they are still constructing out there, but it might be a good time to swoop in and lock down a price. Alot of rich folk live off Brawley School Rd, so it might be worth looking into.
But having a business somewhere and living in Denver might be up your alley. It's only about a 10-15 minute ride from Mooresville. The traffic in that area might persuade you to live away from Mooresville.
Actually the drive from Denver to Mooresville STRONGLY depends on the exact time you travel. Typically it takes me atleast 20 minutes with no traffic. But Denver is more of an area than a city so it really depends on where you are coming from. Traffic is an absolute nightmare as well between 5pm and 630pm on Hwy 16.
Denver has alot of small strip mall stores that arent that attractive. Denver is different in that most if not all the develoment is on Hwy 16, and no where else. There is also development on Hwy 73 that intersects with Hwy 16. This is where the new Walmart and Lowes are being built. Denver owes its growth to residential develpment and it will stay that way. Additional commercial development is inevitable, but it will not be on the scale of Mooresville.
it used to be a great place to go when you wanted to enjoy the lake. it was rural, underdeveloped, but there have been some great parties up that way hehe)
u sure u are talking about DENVER? You take HWY 16 right into Charlotte, no I-85 traffic. And where are the townhouses in Denver? All I see are homes.
The above poster was correct
