I know, the Archachon does not seem to have a virtual tour. My home, the Asheboro was a spec home. Her home, the Archachon, she was building from scratch and received the $15k in incentives. Hers will not be complete until July. However, I know that MI offers very appealing incentives on their spec homes as compared to Standard Pacific. I too loved the Standard Pacific homes (huge with great floorplans and a ton of standard features). However, even when compared to the MI AFTER adding in options, I felt MI was a better value for us dollar for dollar. The main difference that i could not compare betwen MI and Standard Pacific was the size of the lots (MI are smaller) Fortunately, the home we purchased is on a 71 x 110 lot, which though fairly smaller than Standard Pacific, is stil just fine for me. (I hate mowing lawn, lol)
