Default Stallings Rd behind Woodbridge Community
I was curious to know if anyone has any infromation on the open empty field behind woodbridge. Looked at a house around there, and I am not sure if anything is going to be put there. Any information would be great.

cbfrommass is on a distinguished road
There is someone who owns it that would like to develop it. However, Stallings is currently VERY limited to how many more houses and businesses they can have hook into their sewer system. So until they get that straightened out, most likely no one will be building there. I heard an estimate of at least 5-7 years down the road.

Woodbridge is a very nice community.
