Can anyone give me info on Harbor Cove in Mooresville. I've been told there is lake access or boat launch. Also, any info on the friendliness of the neighborhood and the HOA.

My DS has a friend or two in that subdivision. They do keep a boat in a slip there, so I know they have facilities. They also have a dry vehicle storage facility out in the front section.

It's right on Williamson Road, so be prepared to have traffic issues getting in and out of there at rush hours.

Other than that, I've got nothing. Sorry.

Default Harbor Cove

I belive their HOA dues are $420 per year. I hear the pool can get very crowded on weekend. But you will be in walking distance to Vinnies Raw Bar so that cant be bad. They are on the other side of the bridge so if you have a tall boat you wont be able to leave the cove. Hope I have been helpful
