I love the stuff.

If there was a way to get potato chips as healthy as a baked potato I'd be in my glory. The day that happens is the day you get more chips than air in any given bag.

Love those potatoes, too. Twice baked are tasty, too, although not worth the trouble to make.
OT, I know, but has anyone heard from Sunny? Maybe I've just missed posts, but Sunny seems missing.

Okay, mullman's crock pot recipe is dead on the money. It's a good ol' fashioned home made stew. I didn't think the london broil was going to be tender but when I sliced it into cubes the knife just went right through. I think I preferred his recipe over any others I've had. VERY tasty and pretty highly recommended.

Default Joke of the Day

I found this on another forum and it made me LOL hard so I thought I'd share

Pfizer Corp. announced today that Viagra will soon be available in liquid form, and will be marketed by Pepsi Cola as a power beverage suitable for use as a mixer. It will now be possible for a man to literally pour himself a stiff one. Obviously we can no longer call this a soft drink, and it gives new meaning to the names of 'cocktails', 'highballs' and just a good old-fashioned 'stiff drink'. Pepsi will market the new concoction by the name of: MOUNT & DO.

Thought for the day: There is more money being spent on breast implants and Viagra today than on Alzheimer's research. This means that by 2040, there should be a large elderly population with perky boobs and huge erections and absolutely no recollection of what to do with them. If you don't send this to five old friends right away there will be five fewer people laughing in the world.

Brian, I am so glad you liked it!
There is nothing easier for the quality and quantity of a meal.
Clean-up is a snap to boot.

I wish I could hit you with a rep point for the recipe but this'll have to do for now. Awesome recipe.
