Looking to save a couple of bux. Asked the maid this morning if I made my bed would I get a discount?

Seriously: Asked the desk yesterday if I could get a special rate for 3-4 nites a month. Yep. Take the $159 down to $119-129. Pretty nice discount.
Cheaper than living in one of those run down houses I buy. Wow, can't believe anyone would buy one of them, but thanks to the real estate Gods I offer my prayers up to they do.

Well...there was one rather funny photo posted of "her" but it got deleted, along with several other of her "standard answer" posts she spammed all over the forum. It was a pretty funny one, too.
Just got my 1st hand experience with fire ants!! OUCH!! I was out in the front yard, trimming some hedges & I stepped back to see how they looked. I did see a large mound on the lawn that wasn't there yesterday & knew enough to stay away from it, but I didn't see the smaller one that was hidden under a clump of grass/weeds. I was wearing flip-flops. All I can say was I gave the neighbors some show!! I pulled some dance moves that I didn't know I still had in me, screaming expletives! THANK GOD I reacted as quickly as I did because i got them all off of my feet in time & only got 1 or 2 bites. That one bite burned enough...I can't imagine what being bit my several would feel like. Happy I didn't find out today. Time to take a Benedryl, just in case!
