Here's a website to one option http://corporatesuites.biz/statesville/ ., there aren't many, most hotels are your typical one and two star variety. There are quite a few chain restaurants to choose from but nothing spectacular. As far as stores go, retail is virtually nonexistent in Statesville unless you consider Wal-Mart you're one-stop end all solution. However, Mooresville is only 15 minutes down the interstate and has much better options for hotels, restaurants, and retail, and the area is much cleaner.

Smile Statesville Information

Hello,
Thanks for the website you gave me however they were full.
We are going to be visiting Mooresville in May and trying to find a suite or efficiency for a week. It can be in a town nearby not a problem.
Please le me know if you have any other information.
We cant spend alot otherwise I'd get a cabin.
Thanks Again.

Hi, you mention the place was booked so I try to see why it may be the date you are coming. Good luck with your search. You mention you are coming in May but the date isnt mention.

If you are coming between May 16th thru May 27th expect it hard to find a room or paying double than normal rates for any place that is in the Charlotte metro area including Statesville. These two weeks are race weeks. All Star Race is the 19th and coca cola 600 on the 26th. Plus Charlotte has uptown streets closed for week long street
celebration, music food etc.

Try http://www.extendedstaynetwork.com/ or one of the hotel discount websites. Good luck
