Coming to town this weekend (Charlotte, Monroe: sale, real estate, homes)

for a visit I don't know what all we will be doing. I do want to look in Union County. Does anyone have suggestions? Remember... money doesn't grow on trees....... thats what my Dad used to tell me anyway!

So glad you're going to make it down for the weekend. PM me and you can give me a call or stop by. We received a visit from another board member this past weekend and he and his wife were an absolute delight! Your children are close in age to mine and probably close in temperment and personality from what I've read.

There are a group of us Union County families hooking up at Lone Star this Saturday. So that's another option for you guys if you wanted to meet some of your future neighbors.

Reading your posts I think your situation is not that different from the one we were in before relocation. We didn't have a home to sale and we were definitely conscious about not biting off more than we could chew.

I'd say definitely keep your mind open about Monroe and/or Indian Trail. I think you and the family would find they both have a lot to offer.

Have a safe trip. Try not to kill the kids on the way down.

Kid free trip SaraLee! My MIL is keeping them here for the weekend. i want to get a feel of the area with out them, and then go again with them so they are in fact included in the process... Coming down Fri night and leaving for home on Sunday. Yippee..))
