I would expect that property to rent for a minimum of $1500, but probably closer to $1650. That is a very good, safe location with a lot of square footage.

Close to Ballantyne...but 28134 is a Pineville, NC ZIP code. Nice & fine area. Close to alot of stuff. Most homes in Pineville are a bit older...but that is not a bad thing...usually larger in square footage.

Ballantyne ZIP code is Charlotte, NC 28277

go to TR Lawing Realty, Rental Homes Charlotte NC and use the rental calculater.

It's pretty much a conservative idea of what to expect.

Just to help as well I have a house in the 28134 area code as well. Built in 2003, 1750 sq.ft. 3/2, 2 car garage, very nice inside..granite,tile,etc..

No neighborhood amenities and I rented it for $1450 a month in 5 days.
