Anyone have any feedback on these 2 neighborhoods.

Radbourne is biger but older. Love the neighborhood.

Claybrook is newer and not as grand but the neighborhood looks well kept. House plans I have seen are nice.

Any thoughts?

No direct experience with living in Radbourne, but I do live nearby and walk past Radbourne homes regularly along the Mallard Creek Greenway. And every time I do, I think how I would love to live there. It has beautiful homes, well kept yards, friendly people, and it backs up to the greenway. The only drawback that I see is that it fronts WT Harris, which could be an issue with traffic. Also, not sure what schools the neighborhood is assigned to, if that is important to you.
