If i were to purchase the AllSeason pass or what not, would i have to rent equipment every time i go like a kayak or climbing stuff or is that all included?

It won't cover gear rental.

Also, They don't rent kayaks there, you have to have your own gear (insurance issue). You can demo a boat for a small fee though. Keep in mind the all-sport pass is not good for kayaking. They know they have the kayak market captured at their current price point...

As far as I know, they do not rent kayaks for whitewater use unless you do an instruction course. That's my biggest gripe with the center. I'd love to do it, but I'm not forking out $500-900 for gear. As for the climbing, the harness is never included in the base fee...but it's only $2 or $3. Still a good deal for everything.
