Are there any Germany specialty stores or European markets anywhere near Cornelius or Huntersville or even Charlotte?

There is a world market in Mooresville. I think thats what it is called.

There is also a dean and deluca in Charlotte..they have a lot of european food items..especially cheese

TRUE European markets? No.

Closest thing is Ferrucci's, NY/Italian, though. And small.
