In today's Tribune, there is an article about Dr. Oz coming to the Citizen's Center in Mooresville on May 1. He will be discussing various health and wellness issues. He is coming in support of Mooresville's HealthReach Community Clinic. Tickets will be sold for this event. I really like to hear Dr. Oz. I think he has a very real and genuine love of medicine and the well being of people. I will be there to support him and this group.

LOVE Dr. Oz! Wish I could make myself do all the things he recommends to be healthy, but I'm a bit lazy

Shoot, Loves. It isn't that you are lazy. You are one of the most conscientious people I know. It is not easy to make the changes that Dr. Oz recommends. I don't think that means anyone is lazy.

The way I look at it . . . making even small changes is a positive. If people can't completely overhaul their lives, at least the small changes do have an impact.

That is amazing that he will be here in our area! Thanx for sharing the info, NCHUNTER!!!
