Computer models are predicting the potential for a huge huge rain event. If you don't follow Brad Panovich on Facebook or twitter you should. Some of the rain amounts the models are showing are insane. If we get any wind, there will be a lot fallen trees, since the soil is so wet from last weekends deluge.

Please folks look into this. If you live by a creek or stream, or other flood prone areas.

And if you don't live by a creek or stream you soon will if we get 15" of rain I've seen on some models.

I think a lot of people are asleep on this one. If the models come through this thing is going to really really bad.

I am reluctantly cancelling a flight I have in the morning to the NC coast. It sounds like they are still unsure where Joaquin will land. It could impact many areas up along the east coast.

Johnny Cash Joaquin was a lot more violent than Rapper Joaquin. NY should consider itself lucky that he will be getting that persona done with over the Atlantic.

Not to mention Commodus from Gladiator - that guy was ruthless. Worse than Katrina.

I'm very worried for this area, nobody seems to be taking heed. When the national weather service uses words like this. .POTENTIAL FOR A LIFE THREATENING AND HISTORIC RAINFALL EVENT
THIS WEEKEND. For those on high ground, there is no issues, but there is going to be deaths from this. Hopefully people are taking the warnings seriously. 12 inches of rain is almost a quarter of our normal yearly average
