Default Fourth Ward Square Condos

Anybody know why these Fourth Ward Square condos got priced so low in comparison to everything else Uptown? They are updating the old apartment complex and had a ridiculous response to the point where they did a 'lottery' to see who would get first choice to purchase.

It's located on Graham St between 8th and 9th street. Any thoughts on this place?

Small space, not the amenities you would find in more expensive newer buildings.

They found a developer that could do it right and cheaply. They knew the market was there for them to sell.

The developer has owned the property since it was built and has very little debt on the property.
