Default Charlotte Area Builders/Contractors
I am looking for a contractor to remodel investment homes that I'm working on.... Any suggestions? I've asked for estimates from several different contractors, 3 weeks ago, and have yet to have a formal bid. I'm looking for an efficient contractor who works on schedule and works with reasonable funds. The last guys knew how much we could afford and came in with a bid double that.... Any info is greatly appreciated!

I have not used him personally (yet) but he is going to get my next rehab.Hopefully at the end of this month. My broker uses him and says he is good at what he does.
