Default Leasing Cost of Building in Elizabeth/CPCC Area?

Hello All Commercial R.E. Brokers,

I am completing a final project for a marketing class which I am currently enrolled in. We have set up a fictional company for this project which I am presenting in my class next week. If possible can someone out there please tell me roughly how much it would cost to lease a building around 55,000 sq ft in the Elizabeth area? I'm not sure if it is priced by the square foot or not. If anyone can provide this info would you please PM me. Also if you are willing to provide your name and contact info I would appreciate it ( I would need this to list you as a reference for my final project.

Thanks in advance!

Go to the Charlotte Business Journal to find leasing rates by area, type, amenities, etc..

Keep in mind that they may not include CAM fees or charges.

The Chamber of Commerce and the Business Journal publish an annual report of commercial lease companies, areas, industries, properties, projects, rankings and alike. It is a very useful tool and it has everything you are looking for. I am sure you can buy one from the City Business Journal.
