Hey Everyone,
I am considering these apartments in Concord, Circle at Concord Mills, zip code 28027. They are brand new. I would like your input on the apartments and the area. Thanks much!

I live in that zip! I am unfamiliar with the apartments, but I have lived in a single family home in 28027 since last January. I love the area. It seems to be quite safe, and very convenient to 85 and 485, Concord Mills, and the speedway area.

NW Cabarrus is a good school. The Concord Mills area is pretty safe & Concord PD patrolls the strip pretty regularly.

You'll be right smack dab in the middle of things so be prepared for major traffic with the new Wallyworld, Concord Mills and Race events. Other than that, you wont have far to go for festive things
