Default Walnut Creek Subdivision

Is anyone familiar with the Walnut Creek Subdivision between Mountain Island Lake And Charlotte. Am considering buying a home there, but need to know if it is an ok and safe neighborhood. It is on the edge of a golf course and is, I believe, a newer subdivision with homes under 5 years old.
Would like lots of imput from those who know.

Hi burtan,
I am lakemigirl orignal poster of this question. Looks like no one is interested in replying about Walnut Creek subdivision. I am in Michigan seriously considering a move to the Charlotte area sometime in the future. I have found a website that is very helpful with information about any area in the country that you may be interested in. At Melissdata.com simply type in the zipcode for the area or subdivision you are interested in and it will bring up all kinds of demographics for that area, things even a realtor won't tell you. Hope you find this helpful. Are you moving to Charlotte from another area?
