Please only respond if you are currently are or have recently (within the last 2 years) been a waiter or waitress in Charlotte, preferably uptown or the university area. Please share your experiences with the restaurant you work for itself, the kind of customers you get, what % you seemed to average tip wise, etc. When specifically talking about your restaurant try and include for instance what weekend nights would be like, weekdays, your typical take home pay on those shifts, how many table sections, menu price ranges, type of food/beer etc. I will be a waiter at O'Charleys as a transfer from here when I first move, but it is not a company that I want to continue to serve for. High stress and cheap customers = LAME
