Default Is A Thong OK at Community Pool?

Do you think it's OK to wear a thong at a private, community pool? I heard some negative comments last summer from the fat, Long Island contingent, even though I'm a lot younger and in better shape than them!

No. Certainly not if children/teens are there. And even if not, I don't want to see your ass-cheeks in all their nakedness. Not that I'm there, but I feel for your neighbors.

Im pretty liberal, but I am going to go with the big no on that one. Its not Europe. People will get upset. Its the south. I've seen it all, but there will be someone who freaks. Big props for having the confidence to want to go for it though!

To accurately answer this question, I'll need to see pictures.

I think you need to have your own pool put in your backyard and then you can run around in your thong. Having kids, I don't want them to be exposed to more than they have to right now. I don't think that it was the fact that you were in better shape than the LI contingent, but the fact that it was inappropriate that got you the negative comments.
I also have to agree with Saralee considering the time that this was posted :0)

Sure, go for it!! Afterall, those fat Long Island women are obviously jealous of your svelte body, amazing intellect, and keen decision making abilities! The only thing that would make you a more desired asset to the community pool would be for you to bring your boom box with you, and jam:
