Default Cirlce @ Concord Mills apartments.

These are new apartments across the street from the new Super Walmart? Do any of you live there or know of someone who does, is it surrounded by homes? Is it safe? Know of any crime in the area? Know how management is? Anything at all you can tell me would be great.

I doubt many people do live there judging by the looks of how new the places are. Are they even open yet?

In any case, I would bet they'll be a safe place for a little while. It's tricky to say for sure with a WalMart so close. Let's face it, I don't know of many WalMarts that keep a pristine surrounding environment.

You'll want to call them to see if they're open. Fine area with lots of shopping. Crime is a non-issue (unless you bring it with you). Traffic is a concern during races and big holidays, but you'll need to learn your way around anyway, so I think you'll be ok. Contact the Concord PD about the housing behind it to get a full crime report, but I'm guessing that aside from teens, you won't find any.

As mentioned before, being in such close proximity to Concord Mills, Lowes Motor Speedway, AND a WalMart will not make for easy commuting during peak hours (namely weekends). As far as safety is concerned, I would say the worst crimes in that general area are likely shop lifting and car break-ins in the mall parking lots since that sort of stuff comes with the territory of a large shopping mecca. Crime outside of that, I'd bet there's not much.
