Are there ANY high-rise apt buildings in Charlotte? I prefer high-rises b/c here in the DC area all the crime seems to be in garden-style apt complexes and therre are a lot of high-rises. Also i like the views so any high-rises in Charlotte?

Most of the high-rises in Charlotte are mostly in Uptown and are condos, however a lot of owners are buying them to just rent them out, so I would check sites like craigslist or drive around and look for rental signs. Hope that helps.

There are several high-rise types of developments built or underway. SouthPark, SouthEnd, and Uptown are the main locations for these types of buildings, although there is also a place in Dilworth off of East Blvd that I like....which areas are you interested in?

And no, I am not an agent trying to sell you something...

You might want to try some of these locations. They’re low to mid-rise type places, but might be closest to what you’re looking for.
