Looking for info on the Union County Public Works Land (100 acres) off Goldmine Road

Not the same piece of land. This land is where the old Animal Shelter was. The schools own land another mile down Goldmine toward Monroe, and more off Sanford ln. The piece on Goldmine will be the new transportation facility. The piece on Sanford will be land for the foreseeable future, no schools.

Just wanted to update - spoke with the UC Director of Public Works and the Director of General Services who both said they know of no plans for the land. Right now it is being leased to a farmer who grows wheat on it. Thanks for all your input. I appreciate the info, but more importantly the time you gave to my inquiry.
