I moved from Virginia and there was a chain of medical centers called "Patient First" that anyone could go to and you didn't need an appointment or anything and they stayed open until around 10.

Another vote for Minute Clinic. I was in and out with a prescription in under an hour. They're at many of the CVS locations. $59 for many common maladies, including sinus infection
