We are expecting to relocate from Buffalo to the Indian Trail/Matthews area in the next 6 mos-one year and would appreciate any info about apartments geared to senior citizens (60 yrs old). Any suggestions ?
Looking for a 2-bedroom/2-bath type apt.

Sun City in Indian Land?? Not quite IT or Matt, but nice area. Geared/restricted towards seniors. |

Sun City is not set up as apartments -- purchases only. There may be owners willing to rent, but it is not an apartment complex. Also, as you noted, it is not really close to Matthews/Indian Trail. |

I don't know of any apartment complexes geared to seniors, but there are some communities in those areas that might work for you where owners may be willing to rent out their homes -- Bella Sera, Avington, St Andrews, Polo Club, Mint Lake Village. Most of these are new communities, so it might be hit-or-miss to find something. |
