If you can provide more info we'll be able to help you more. Where are you staying (what part of Charlotte) when you get here? What type of Visa do you have? What types of jobs/experience do you have? Will you have a car or will you need public transportation to get to and from work?
The job market here is very tough right now, so the more info you can provide the better the chances that someone can point you in a helpful direction.

Birkdale is on the north side of Charlotte, in Huntersville. There are a lot of families in that area, but I don't know how easy it will be to find a job babysitting in an area where no one knows you.
You didn't mention what type of visa you're going to be here on. There may be some people who are willing to hire you regardless of what type it is, but since certain types of visas are required to legally work in the US that will affect who/what is available.
ı have touristic visa.
Yes ı know there are too many families there, but ı dont know how to ask them ıf they need me as a baby sitter.
By the way ı can work anywhere in charlotte or near charlotte,ı can stay in their home as a babysitter.
ı meant if there is any place that ı can stay ı can work there.
What should ı do more than this to find a job that ı want?
thank you so much..

I really really really strongly recommend against the course of action you seem to be pursuing. It is illegal for you to work in the US in ANY capacity on a tourist visa. There are people who are willing to pay "under the table", but you have absolutely no protections that way. I'm assuming you are female, and for a 20 year old woman to come to a strange country and move in with an unknown family is just plain dangerous.
On the flip side, since we know nothing about you, it would be asking a lot for someone to recommend you as a live-in babysitter.
No offense, but this is not going to be easy for you to find a job babysitting. People tend to be very overprotective (rightly so) of their children these days w/ all the weird people in the world and a foreigner w/ no references and no work visa is not going to be someones first choice.
I'm not trying to be rude, just being truthful. Be careful working w/out a work Visa too, that could get you in some trouble.
Try doing a search for au pair agency in charlotte. There is one agency listed. BUT... remember as an au pair there are some families who like to think they have a live in maid. Been there done that many moons ago in France LOL
^^^That's a good idea. You just need some kind of references or people to vouch for you, ykwim?
Oh wait, she's not getting a working visa so that won't work. I'm guessing they are a lot more expensive and that's prolly why you don't want to get one? Wish I could help more.
