They are really pretty un-biased.

Yes, I also follow them, although I forgot to mention them. It can be funny if you compare identical stories thru the different papers...and see the slant...

It sure is interesting! I have said many times that I feel I get a clearer picture on many stories about situations here in the USA when I am watching BBC.

I think people define "liberal" and "conservative" differently, depending on what part of the country - and what particular demographic - you are talking to.
For example . . . a story on how a non-citizen (illegal immigrant) needs money for her desperately ill daughter, and so a church group has set up a fund to help her pay for her daughter's care. There are many people who are gonna say that is a "left wing" story b/c it involves a non-citizen seeking financial help. Others are gonna see it as simply a story about charity and people reaching out to help their fellow man through a devastating situation.
I just call such stories "human interest" but I know many would not leave it at that. See what I mean?

I just dont like their sports coverage.
No matter what happens there will be numerous articles on UNC. As if they are the only team in the state. Its like 50% UNC. 20% NCSU. 10% ASU. and the rest is split between the rest of the schools.
