Ryland was the builder it was built in 2001 and we had the BEST inspector and said the house was built very well..so we were real glad to hear it..and there were no major issues it was a 3.5 hour inspection I was so impressed, considering they dont do things like that here with inspections, and the process is great in NC than opposed to here....

You will love living in that Hunter Oaks area! It's a nice development, and there's so much new, nice shopping within a 10 minute drive and a bunch of excellent restaurants within a short drive too. It really is a great spot to be in!

My wife and I have seen some new Ryland communities, and they seem to offer pretty spacious floorplans with a lot of useable space, and a good "bang for the buck" value as well. So I''m sure you'll enjoy the actual house too, not just the area and community that it's in :-)

thank You Sea, We got the warm fuzzies everytime we went there as my realtor/friend lives there as well and just loves it...I will say this compared to alot of the builder this house the sq footage was used extremely well...No wasted Space....Centex builds like that too there..and I like to here that the home was very well built....actually our house that we bought they have a model of it at Providence Grove for Ryland...

I second your opinion about the inspector. We used him too. I highly recommend him. We were so impressed by his (16-page!) report. JMHO, you should send a positive testimonial to his web site, I'm sure he'd appreciate that.
