OK..Just received my renewal for automobile insurance and it has gone up about $50...Im being told that it was a statewide hike...Did anyone else auto insurance go up?

yeah ours did too and we switched to Geico and saved money (srs. do not work for them.). I think we saved a total of $150 a month. The motorcycle insurance was outrageous wherever we were b4, I forget who it was.

Yep, car and motorcycle ins went up, and I have never had a claim.

Yes, we did. And also in our health plan, this last one was so much that we had to change provider.

My advice is to shop around. Call the majors (Allstate, State Farm, Liberty Mutual, Geico, Progressive, etc.).

I ended up saving $900 per year for our two cars by taking the time to shop around. You may also get a lower rate if you go with the same company that manages your home insurance.
