Luxury Homes Tour?
Can anyone tell me about that Luxury Homes Tours, I remember seeing a commercial or something for it? Now I see signs around my area? Is it free? I think it is for all over Charlotte correct?

If you're talking about Homearama (which is linked), it's not free. It's usually around $14 per ticket if you buy them at Harris Teeter. I'm not sure if it's more to buy at the gate, or if that's even an option.
Either way, it's worth it if you love houses. Interesting architecture and decorating abound.

Nope
I am thinking that is not it, but could be wrong, that link referred to 7 homes only, and said the event runs "HomeArama 2007 opens Saturday, May 19 and runs through June 10." The signs are up now! Outside of Providence Estates I think it says Luxury Home 11 (maybe 10).

Try this link: www.luxuryhometour.net. Click on "Charlotte" and it will give you all the info. You can buy tickets at Caribou Coffee and CVS stores in advance for $15, or pay $5 at each home. Check it out! You can go any day during any of the weekends that the tour is running. I may go this afternoon, if the weather holds up. I've been to these home tours in other cities and most of the architecture and craftsmanship are amazing. You may even get inspired! Enjoy!

I didn't get a chance to see the homes this weekend. Has anyone taken the tour? Was it worth it?
TIA for any input.

Drive by
I only drove by # 10 and # 11. Impressive from the outside! But then again every house on those streets is impressive!

Absolutely! The homes there are gorgeous! I'm surprised that so many are for sale, though.
