Need Help-Matthews or Stallings? (Indian Trail: leasing, house, utilities)

We found us a house to rent, but do not know exactly where it is. It is the Callonwood Subdivision off of Pleasant Plains which is just South of I-485. One person tells me it is Matthews and Mecklenburg County and another person says Stallings and Union County.

We have put a deposit on it and want to start setting up the utilities, but do not know who to call. Another big question is what phone company/internet will serve this area. I understand that Matthews is Windstream only, per the leasing person.

Any help is appreciated.

Union county - either Stallings or Indian Trail. The confusion may be that they get their mail there out of the Matthews post office, so the person who said Matthews really thinks they live in Matthews when they really don't - I'm 99% sure it's Union county.
