Default gaston county
Through reading several posts It seems like Gaston county is never mentioned. Anybody have any info? crime? aAny opinions would be helpful.

clt_gator is on a distinguished road
Seems Gaston has a bit of an undeserved stigma.

Personally, if I were going to move out of the urban area, I'd go to Gaston. It's a heck of a lot better commute to uptown than Union, Cabarrus, or Iredell.

We looked at Gaston Co but only so far as Belmont. I was a little worried about the Gaston Co schools so we went with Ft Mill.
